Bio
William Earle Williams is Professor of Fine Arts and Curator of Photography at Haverford College in Haverford, Pennsylvania. He received his MFA in Photography from Yale University School of Art. His photographs have been collected or exhibited by Smith College, Cleveland Museum of Art, Philadelphia Museum of Art, Brooklyn Museum of Art, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and the Community Cultural Center, MD. His work considers both history and the current landscape in his photographs of the Civil War battlegrounds of the North and South.
