Bio
Sarah McEneaney received a certificate from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and studied at the Philadelphia College of Art (now The University of the Arts). She has had many group and solo exhibitions both locally and nationally. Philadelphia area venues include The Samuel S. Fleisher Art Memorial, The Morris Gallery of The Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, Moore College of Art and Design, Rosenwald Wolf Gallery of The University of the Arts, Arcadia University Art Gallery, Temple Gallery, Spector and Gallery Joe. National venues include The American Academy of Arts and Letters, New York; Washington University Gallery of Art, St. Louis, Missouri; UB Art Gallery; University of Buffalo; The Weatherspoon Art Museum, Greensboro, North Carolina and The Delaware Art Museum.In January 2004 the Institute of Contemporary Art (ICA) at the University of Pennsylvania was host to McEneaney's first solo museum exhibition. McEneaney's work appears in the permanent collections of The Philadelphia Museum of Art, Rhode Island School of Design, Microsoft Corporation Collection, Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, Bryn Mawr College, State Museum of Pennsylvania, and the Cigna Museum. McEneaney has exhibited her work most recently at the Tibor de Nagy Gallery, where she is represented, and the Gallery Schlesinger, both in New York.
