Bio
Assistant Professor at Moore College of Art and Design, Alice Oh earned her BFA from Tyler School of Art, Temple University and her MFA from Yale University. Her work is included in the collections of Temple University, Yale University and SAP America, Inc. Her solo exhibitions include Philadelphia Art Alliance, Pentimenti Gallery, Nexus Foundation for Today's Art, and Gallery 817, The University of the Arts, Phila. Her work has been included in the San Francisco International Art Exposition, Art Miami 2002, Levy Gallery of Moore College of Art and Design, University of Hawaii at Hilo, HI, Axis Gallery, PA; Vermont Studio Center, and Keisho Art Center, Japan. She has been awarded a fellowship and a PAP Grant from Pew Fellowships in the Arts, the Seedling Grant and the WOA Award from The Leeway Foundation, and was an artist in residence at Bemis Center for Contemporary Art, NE and Vermont Studio Center. Alice Oh lives and works in Philadelphia, PA and Seoul, South Korea and is represented by Pentimenti Gallery, Philadelphia, PA. Oh's 2003 portfolio print was exhibited in the International Print Center New York's New Prints 2004/Spring.
